You must be:

- Authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization (for business users)
We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility conditions are not met.

5. Client Engagement Terms

We treat all startup materials and sensitive data as confidential, unless:
- Publicly available
- Already lawfully known to us
- Required by law to be disclosed
You agree to do the same with our methodologies and shared materials.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, frameworks, and strategies provided by us remain the intellectual property of Frontier Venture One, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use deliverables internally, but may not redistribute, license, or resell without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee:
- Funding outcomes
- Business success
- Investor interest or traction
Services are provided “as is”, based on industry best practices and experience.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Frontier Venture One is not liable for:
- Loss of funding, revenue, or business opportunity
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Third-party services or investor actions
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the previous 3 months.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our site or services:
- If you violate these Terms
- For legal or security reasons
- Upon completion or termination of a project agreement
Clauses on confidentiality, IP, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Canton of Zurich, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
